As an Operations Analyst III, you'll analyze labor/material efficiency, manufacturing variances and financial impact of changes in the production plan and provide metrics and data to help maximize resources and improve operational efficiencies. You'll provide detailed analysis data to support work breakdown structures, baseline data, budget projects and detailed cost/schedule performance reporting including variance analysis utilizing Gantt charts, Earned Value Management data, budget reporting, percent complete accounting data, and other reports and graphs.

Must-haves:
- Bachelor's Degree a related field and typically 6 or more years of relevant experience
- Higher-level degree may substitute for relevant experience
- Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
- Thorough understanding of forecasting, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) measurement, scheduling and planning
- Progressive experience with Material Management Systems and/or Manufacturing Systems
- Understanding of Program Management, Operations and/or Supply Chain Management processes
- Advanced Analytical skills
Preferred:
- Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense or US Military
