Principal Accountabilities
- Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical failures
- Recommending changes, modifications, or upgrades to equipment to improve machine reliability and performance
- Reading electrical circuit drawings and documents, and mechanical drawings and documents
- Documenting completed work, modifications to equipment, findings, and parts information as required
- Executing assignments in a timely manner with minimal supervision
- Performing other duties assigned
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the united states without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- At least one year of experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues on industrial equipment
- At least one year of experience using hand tools and maintenance troubleshooting equipment
- Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Industrial Electricity I, II, and III
- Certification in Motor Controls
- Experience troubleshooting with PLC’s.
- Working knowledge of fluid power, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Previous experience with Precision Maintenance
- One year of experience TIG Welding
- Industrial Building Maintenance
- Ammonia refrigeration experience
- Ammonia certifications
- At least two years of experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Experience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement
- Basic computer skills
- SAP Experience
