Environmental Services provides appropriate cleaning processes to assure the Health System is sanitized and disinfected as per governing guidelines.
Responsibilities:

- Monitors and evaluates financial and productivity information to achieve operational benchmarks.
- Fosters the learning and development of staff to fulfill the current and future requirements of individuals and the organization.
- Collaborates with other departments to identify and resolve operational and patient care issues.
- Actively supports and promotes the shared mission and vision of Norman Regional Hospital to achieve strategic goals.
- Develops and promotes employee satisfaction to facilitate positive patient and physician outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Outstanding communication and coaching skills. Ability to manage sites and changing work environments. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office programs, e-mail, and the internet. Experience managing a diverse team of employees, managers, and supervisors.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience
Requires four years supervisory/administrative experience in institutional and/or commercial Environmental Services management.
