Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media promptly and professionally.

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in communications or a related field is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to navigate and use digital communication tools and platforms effectively.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
