What You’ll be Doing –
Looking for an opportunity to impact the employee experience through language training? You’ll deliver and develop customized English training to positive results regarding language improvement and development opportunities. You’ll support any language initiatives/projects locally, regionally and globally. You’ll also provide solutions to performance gaps related to language.
You'll report to the Language Programs Manager. Your role will impact the employee experience by developing their English skills in the customer experience industry.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
· Conduct screenings (verbal, writing and grammar tests) in order to determine language gaps
· Propose action plans based on screening results
· Develop and deliver training curricula customized to each account’s and/or department’s needs
· Provide with reports requested by the Language Programs Manager
· Keep accurate records of important stats and other types of critical information
· Ensure English training facilities are organized and well run
· Conduct coaching sessions on TTEC employees who need the extra support and as a follow up after course completion
What You Bring to the Role
· University studies (complete or in progress) in English as a Second Language or English Teaching
· Teaching experience
· English: Native language proficiency or Native speaker
· Proficient in the use of software for Language Instruction
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Adept in utilizing training room equipment (video beam, sound system, etc.)
· Basic knowledge of Curriculum Development

Compensation The Anticipated salary range for this position is $20.00/hr. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
