The CSO Med/Surg RN will be responsible for:- Joining an innovative Central Staffing Office to meet the ever-changing staffing needs across the enterprise.
- Providing competent nursing care to patients (newborn – adult) and their families across all inpatient settings including the surgical, medical, oncology and neuroscience units.
- Potential for cross training in additional areas including Emergency Department, Gastroenterology Procedure Unit (GPU), IV team, Inpatient Psychiatry and Infusion Centers.
- Delivering family-centered care as a member of a multidisciplinary team that provides expert care.
- Working in a fast paced, collaborative environment with many opportunities for learning and career growth with comprehensive orientation to meet individual needs.
- Opportunities to be involved in hospital wide committees and to precept new staff and nursing students.
To qualify, you must have:- A bachelor's degree in nursing.
- A minimum of 1-year inpatient acute care RN experience required with a wide range of diagnoses preferred.
- Ability to work 50% Day/Night rotations, every third weekend, and flexibility of availability required. Straight nights with every third weekend also available.
Additional $5/hour incentive for all hours worked.
