Key Responsibilities
- Receive and make calls to provide information on services and oncology matters
- Assist in enrolling patients and communicate status updates to office staff and case managers
- Collect patient feedback and support case managers in outreach and organizing meetings
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of customer service sales experience, preferably in healthcare
- Familiarity with medical terminology and the healthcare system
- Intermediate-level data entry skills
- Intermediate software skills utilizing mobile applications and Microsoft tools
