A company is looking for a Junior Salesforce Administrator to join their Customer Success team.
Key Responsibilities
- Route support tickets and troubleshoot common issues for end users
- Assist with data entry, mass-data uploads, and maintaining the knowledge base
- Support system administration and onboarding/training of new users
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in technical support and Salesforce administration
- 1+ years of experience working directly with customers via phone, email, and screen-share
- Salesforce Admin certification or relevant Trailhead Badges are a plus
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and basic coding experience or willingness to learn
- Interest in venture capital, private equity, and software solutions is a plus
