Overnight Hospitality Coordinator- Campus Services Department
RiverWoods is currently seeking a team member to come join our campus services team as an Overnight Hospitality Coordinator! At RiverWoods you will be offering daily living assistance in an active retirement community providing the highest quality services, environment, and care. This is primarily a overnight role- the ideal candidate will work a 10 hour shift from 9pm-7a; 4 nights a week (one shift would be a half shift)

Responsibilities:
- Provides quality customer service with a positive attitude and commitment to teamwork within the concierge team and other departments while meeting the needs of residents, staff and visitors. Supports all aspects of the RiverWoods community.
- Provides safe, timely transportation to residents and staff.
- Responsible for overseeing cleaning and maintenance duties at all RiverWoods Exeter campuses during overnight hours from 9 PM to 7 AM.
- Thorough Cleaning: Implement a rotating cleaning schedule that focuses on one campus every third day, while performing nightly spot cleaning at the Woods campus, ensuring all guest bathrooms and common areas are maintained.
- Transportation Assistance: Allocate time for intercampus shuttles and hospital pick-ups, ensuring timely and safe transport of residents, with a focus on those using wheelchairs or scooters.
- Security Support: Provide security assistance as needed, responding to Ecall requests and ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.
- Checklist Management: Utilize a provided checklist to monitor and manage cleaning tasks across various spaces, adapting to varying time requirements for each area.
- Collaboration and Handover: Coordinate with Leads or subsequent shifts to address any incomplete tasks, ensuring continuity of service and cleanliness across the campuses.
- Vehicle Operation: Operate campus vehicles for transport duties without the need for a CDL, ensuring residents are safely secured during transit.
- Overall, this role emphasizes a strong cleaning focus while balancing transportation and security responsibilities in a residential setting.
