Senior Proposal Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Proposal Manager to lead the creation and delivery of compelling, compliant business proposals that align with client needs and company offerings. This role is integral to the sales process, requiring strategic planning, project management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to craft persuasive proposals that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the development and delivery of sales proposals in response to RFIs and standalone proposals.
- Ensure the timely delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals.
- Coordinate and review proposal input from sales, marketing, estimating teams, and other stakeholders.
- Lead proposal kick-off meetings, alignment sessions, and the review and finalization process.
- Coach teams on persuasive writing techniques and proposal best practices.
- Oversee proposal timelines, governance, and sign-off processes.
- Maintain and update the Content Management System for proposal documentation.
- Implement best practices and automation tools to improve the proposal process.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Sales Support within an EPC Construction company.
- Advanced MS Word skills and proficiency in the full MS Office suite.
- Subject Matter Expertise in proposal and RFP best practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint preparation.
- Ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with automation tools for proposal development.
- Proven ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM or content management systems.
