Warehouse Lead with 3PL Experience, needed in Carson, CA
Pay Rate: $24.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm

What’s a typical day as a Warehouse Lead? You’ll be:
• Have understanding of 3PL
• Forklift experience: sit down, standup reach and clamp
• Overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring efficient workflow
• Coordinating shipping and receiving activities
• Training and leading warehouse staff
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols
• Collaborating with other departments to coordinate the movement of goods
• Conducting regular audits and inspections
• Resolving any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner, escalating as needed
• Ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Leading and motivating the warehouse personnel to achieve goals
• Handling any escalated issues or complaints to the supervisor or manager
• Anticipating potential safety issues and initiating actions to solve or prevent problems
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have at least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations
• Have proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Possess excellent organizational and time management skills
• Can work in a fast-paced environment
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Are a problem solver with decision-making skills
• Have flexibility to work various hours, including weekends and holidays
• Can handle multiple tasks and priorities
• Possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Are committed to continuous improvement
• Have the ability to train and mentor staff
• Can perform required assignments accurately and timely
• Have basic leadership skills
• Have forklift, reach truck, and stand-up lift experience
• Can lift and unload shipments up to 50 lbs
• Can follow directions without requiring detailed explanations
• Are fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Can use various Warehouse Management Systems to move products in and out of inventory with computer and RF scanners
• Can work both as a team member and independently
