DIRECT HIRE MIG & TIG Welder
Location: Fairfield, OH
Shift: 1st shift 5am to 3:30pm Monday-Thursday

What’s a typical day as a Welder? You’ll be:
• Analyzing blueprints, welding jobs, and maintaining production standards.
• Preparing materials for welding, cutting, grinding, and cleaning metal.
• Correctly welding pieces of metal together.
• Performing visual quality checks and taking appropriate action to correct defects.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Have 2+ years of welding experience.
• Have the ability to read blueprints, welding diagrams, and symbols.
• Have completed a 4-5 year tool and die making apprenticeship program or have a combination of over 5 years of work experience with some high school, college, or industry courses in tool and die making.
• Journey-level certification would be desirable.
