Opportunity: Call Center Representative – Digital Banking Support
Hours: Full-Time (1:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Monday to Friday)

Position Overview:
We seek a reliable and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to join their remote customer support team. This role involves assisting small business clients with their banking needs, resolving inquiries, and delivering high-quality service. Strong speaking and email communication skills are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to online banking account management.
- Communicate effectively to ensure customers clearly understand the solutions provided.
- Write professional, well-structured emails to address customer concerns and provide follow-up information.
- Educate clients about digital banking features, products, and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in their CRM system.

- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or banking is preferred.
