Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Occupational Therapist
Shift: Days / 7a-5p (10x4) 40 hours per week, On-Cal; 1x month
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- CA License
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Graduate of an accredited program of Occupational Therapy and holding a current Occupational Therapy license in the State of California
- Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- BLS
- Master’s or Doctrate Degree if preferred in Occupational Therapy or other related field preferred
- AOTA approved certifications and Advanced Practice Continued competency in the occupational therapy field preferred
Other Details:
- Interpersonal skills necessary in order to instruct/comfort patients/families, and colleagues; to maintain effective communication/contact with healthcare team members.
- Analytical skills necessary in order to prioritize workload develop solutions to problems concerning patient’s body, mind, and spirit.
- Basic computer knowledge including: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Intranet.
- Ability to learn Computer software programs including, but not limited to: Cerner Millennium, Policy Manager, OneSource, HPF, One Content, etc.
- Must be able to understand, read, write, and speak English.
