Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 8x5, 40 hrs/week
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- CA license
- 1-2 years experience
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent, Accredited PT Program
- Outpatient Pediatrics experience
- BLS
- All pediatrics ages skills preferred
Role: Outpatient PEDS Physical Therapist
# of shifts per week: 5
Shift Start and End Time: 0800-1700
Weekends/On call/Holidays NO
Anticipated length of assignment: 13 weeks
Dress Code: Business casual (department lab coat provided)
Licensure and Certification
Licensure: CA PT License
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent, Accredited PT Program
Experience: Outpatient Pediatrics
Number of years of experience: 1-2
Preferred skills: All pediatrics ages
Summary of Major Function:
Evaluating and treating Pediatric outpatients; potentially supervising a PTA.
