This position provides high quality appealing and nutritious foods to customers through high quantity hot food preparation or complex preparation methods such as scratch cooking and baking. Carefully follows dietary recipes, guidelines and departmental policies.

- North Dakota locations: ServSafe Food Manager certification required within 90 days of hire/transfer
- Minnesota locations: ServSafe Food Manager certification OR Food Protection Manager certification as recognized by the ANAB-CFP Accreditation Program required within 90 days of hire/transfer
