The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Cybersecurity Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Leading Cybersecurity Risk Management activities for Solventums hardgood medical devices
- Supporting Authority to Operate and Post-Market Surveillance requirements
- Working closely with process leads to develop new Cyber-related processes
- Identifying opportunities to improve Solventums Cybersecurity test capabilities
- Participate in new product introduction as well as sustaining product improvement projects to assess cyber impact
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND 1 year of Cybersecurity experience in a private, public, government or military environment
OR
- High School Diploma/GED from AND 5 years of Cybersecurity experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Master's degree in Cybersecurity from an accredited institution
- Two (2) years of Medical Device Cybersecurity experience
- Experience with Quality Management Systems and ISO 13485 and/or IEC 62304 design documentation requirements
- Proven experience collaborating with laboratory, quality, regulatory, and manufacturing functions
Work location: Remote
Travel: May include up to 10% domestic

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $95,825 - $117,120, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
