Working Foreman must be a skilled craftsman in their trade and have a minimum of five (5) years actual, practical working experience in the industrial HVAC chiller, plumbing, pipefitting and /or mechanical equipment service industry.
A self-starter who must be able to lead a project team of technicians. Interaction with customers, attention to detail in quoting jobs, scheduling technician hours, promoting safety and constant communication plays a key role in this position. Must be computer literate with necessary ability to develop, close and manage all types of quoted work.
- Mechanical Journeyman License
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC experiences mechanical troubleshooting experience.
- Valid driver's license, appropriate licenses to work with refrigerants, boiler and steam operational & service knowledge.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
