Sodexo is seeking a Clinical Nutrition Manager 1 for St. Joseph's Medical Center located in Reading, PA. The successful candidate will:
- manage the clinical nutrition program within the facility;
- supervise a team of entry four clinical dietitians;
- provide care for a variety of inpatients;
- advocate to expand and promote the role of Clinical Nutrition throughout the facility;
- perform management functions that include direct supervision of hourly associates including employee development.

- be a Registered Dietitian with acute care experience and demonstrate a clinical knowledge base;
- have proven supervisory or management experience with an aptitude for program growth and development;
- demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills; and/or
- have experience with regulatory accreditation, regulatory readiness and review, and establishing and maintaining standards of care.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic Education Requirement:
Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:
Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
Credentials Requirement:
Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire
Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire
