What’s a typical day as Onboarding Specialist? You’ll be:
• Coordinating the new hire preboarding process from job offer acceptance to start date, reporting to the Talent Management Unit.
• Initiating and monitoring all pre-employment screenings, including drug tests, background checks, and employment verification.
• Documenting and tracking each candidate's preboarding process while ensuring all supporting documents are archived according to team guidelines.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have strong attention to detail and a high level of organization, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision (must have).
• Possess previous experience as a new hire preboarding specialist or in a similar role (must have).
• Are proficient in Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook, with experience in HRIS systems/SAP preferred (preferred).
