- Lovelace Women’s Hospital is a 53-bed advanced neonatal intensive care unit, family care unit, an award-winning breast care center and the first robotic surgery program in the state recognized as a Center of Excellence in Robotic Surgery by Surgical Review Corporation.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare, measure, and administer radiopharmaceuticals for use in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
May provide clerical support for assigned department to include but not limited to scheduling appointments, record keeping and answering phones.
Perform quality control and maintains equipment and reports areas of concern to appropriate manager.
Adhere to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
- Maintain credentials and/or licensures.
- Participate and attend departmental meetings.
- Take ownership of assignments; other duties as assigned or requested.
Communicate and listen effectively with internal and external customers; effectively understand instructions and shares knowledge.
Cooperate and interact with supervisors, peers, other departments, and all customer groups demonstrating our commitment to “service”.
QualificationsJob Requirements
- Graduate of an Accredited Nuclear Medicine Program.
- ARRT(N), or NMTCB, or ASCP(N)
- Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certificate issued by State of NM
- CPR Certified
Preferred Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Two (2) years of related experience of which one (1) year was a clinical internship
