Senior Vice President (SVP) of Technology and Innovation
The TFI Family of Companies is seeking an experienced, visionary Senior Vice President (SVP) of Technology and Innovation to lead our technology strategy and innovation initiatives. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the SVP will drive digital transformation, enhance customer experience, ensure cybersecurity, and optimize operational efficiency. This individual will play a critical role in advancing TFI’s mission to strengthen families and improve lives by leveraging innovative technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technology Strategy & Leadership:
Design and implement a forward-thinking technology strategy that aligns with TFI’s business objectives. - Collaborate with executive leadership to create a competitive edge through technology.
- Innovation & Digital Transformation:
Champion digital innovation, integrating emerging technologies (AI, machine learning, IoT) to enhance services. - Establish and execute technology roadmaps for modernization across business units.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Mentor and guide a high-performing technology team, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth.
- IT Operations & Infrastructure:
- Oversee all IT operations, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.
- Implement best practices in project management, budget allocation, and vendor management.
- Cybersecurity & Risk Management:
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives, developing a proactive strategy to protect TFI’s digital assets and customer data.
- Identify and mitigate risks within the technology ecosystem.
- Data Analytics & Business Intelligence:
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize processes and improve decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in technology, including digital transformation and large-scale initiatives.
- Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary, geographically diverse teams.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to navigate complex technical and business challenges.
Working Conditions:
- This position requires frequent travel and flexibility in work environment, including occasional work outdoors and moderate noise levels.
