What You'll Do: - Perform surface refinishing work.
- Surface preparation prior (masking / protecting adjacent areas, sanding, priming, etc.).
- Handling, applying and disposing of surface coatings.
- Ensuring surface coatings / refinish products are properly formulated in terms of color and finish texture.
- Applying refinish coatings.
- Inspect refinish products to be used for proper formulation to meet color match and finish texture standards.
- Cleaning and maintaining all paint formulation and application equipment.
- Complies with applicable procedures and regulations regarding mixing, labeling, applying and disposing of paint and related materials.
- Wearing and using appropriate safety equipment at all times.
- Following all job-related safety and health procedures.
- Assisting with special projects as assigned.
Qualifications: Minimum: - 3+ years of paint or equivalent vehicle repair experience.
- Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.
Preferred: - A high school diploma or its equivalent.

USD 12.50 per hour
Compensation:Piece Rate Body Shop Employee range varies based on the task being performed by the employee starting at $1.25 per flag hour for prepper work to $12.50 per flag hour for body work. All tasks performed by the employee in this role fall within the identified range and the number of flag hours worked by the employee per day may vary.
Benefits:Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
