Lennar Technology Group is seeking a highly experienced and innovative Senior Manager of Full Stack Development to lead a team in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge full-stack applications, with a focus on applied AI solutions. This role requires strong expertise across front-end and back-end technologies, and a proven ability to build AI-powered systems. The Incumbent will partner closely with the Data & Analytics organization to integrate advanced analytics, machine learning models, and data-driven insights into enterprise applications.

Your Responsibilities on the Team
Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of full-stack applications, with a focus on integrating applied AI and data insights.
Partner closely with the Data & Analytics organization to ensure seamless integration of data models, machine learning algorithms, and analytics into applications.
Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI-powered solutions.
Architect systems that allow for continuous improvement in AI-driven processes, predictive analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring scalability, performance, and security of full-stack applications and AI components.
Leverage Palantir and other advanced data platforms to enable application development and AI integration
Manage and mentor a team of full-stack developers, fostering a collaborative environment across departments
Drive innovation by partnering with the Emerging Technologies team for exploring emerging keeping up with the latest trends in AI and software development.
Ensure APIs and design patterns are optimized for seamless integration with AI systems and broader enterprise platforms.
Lead technical discussions and strategic decision-making with stakeholders to ensure well designed software solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience in full-stack development (front-end and back-end) with 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
Expertise in at least one front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and one back-end technology (Node.js, Python, Java, etc.).
Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with experience deploying scalable applications.
Strong understanding of applied AI and generative AI, including natural language processing (NLP), conversational interfaces and LLM integration
Proven track record of collaborating with data scientists and data engineers, especially on large-scale, high-impact AI initiatives.
Strong understanding of database management systems, both SQL and NoSQL.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring and developing engineering teams.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on leveraging AI and analytics to drive business outcomes.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with large-scale data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka.
•Experience with Palantir Foundry or similar platforms.
