Position: Remote Medical Records Outreach Specialist
Pay: $16/hr. Weekly Pay + Benefits
Location: Remote in Houston Texas 77086 *ONLY*
Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm CST.
***All Equipment for this position will be provided***
Position Details:
- Handled High volume calls.
- Will be on the phones all day making and receiving calls to/from providers office to obtain patient charts for insurance companies.
- Data entry.
- This is a call center positions that requires associates to meet specific KPI’s (key performance indicators) hourly.
- Must have at least 6 months + of Customer Service experience in a Call Center environment *NO EXCEPTIONS*
- Data entry with multi-tasking
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Exception phone etiquette
- HSD/Equivalent REQUIRED
