Outbound Call Center Agent

8:00-4:30pm Mon-Fri
Temp to Hire
All Required Equipment Provided
- Agent will be on the phones all day making and receiving calls to/from providers office to obtain patient charts for insurance companies.
- No Cold Calling/ Offices are under Contract
Qualifications:
- 6 months of Call Center Experience Required
- Data Entry
- Multi-Tasking
- Typing 20 WPM
- High Speed Internet
17 days training: 8:00am - 4:30pm CST (7 days classroom training, 10 days of nesting)
Hours after training: 8:00am – 4:30pm CST (30 min lunch)
