Requirements PM&R physician has resigned effective 113024. Doc will have APP & hospitalist support. Doc will approve pre-screens, admit and follow up to 22 patients care while they are inpatient. Will sign IOPOC's and complete 3 face to face visits with each patient per week per CMS guidelines. Our hospitalists will take all call.
