Job Summary:
Provides leadership in assuring department alignment in achieving organizational expectations of employee engagement, distinctive patient services, provision of quality and safe services, strategic planning, and fiscal responsibility. Acts as a communicator, facilitator and translator of the organizational expectations; and assures the managers and staff employees have the human and fiscal resources to effectively accomplish an engaged workforce, distinctive patient services and the provisions of quality and safe services. Please note this an ONSITE role and will require relocation to the Oklahoma City area upon acceptance of the role. A relocation package is available for those who qualify.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
Primary Responsibilities
Education
- Pharmacy degree (Pharm.D; Bachelor of Pharmacy) from an accredited school of pharmacy
Experience
- Five years experience, with two years in direct people management/leadership
Required Professional License and/or Certifications
- Resuscitation Certification Requirement: Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) required within 90 day of employment. Other resuscitation certifications may be required dependent on department.
- Pharmacist License - Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy
