Job Description
The Customer Solutions Specialist position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.
We are currently looking for Customer Solutions Specialist to join our team in a work from home capacity, joining an established client, a State Based Government Contract based in Brisbane providing support to everyday Australians.
Join our voice team as a Customer Solutions Specialist, representing our esteemed Government client. As representatives of the client we want to ensure seamless customer interactions by providing a positive, professional and personalised customer experience.
Key Role Details
Start date of 2nd of December
100% WFH role
Hourly rate of $25.80 + Super
Full time and part time roles available
2 weeks full time training, followed by min. 20 hours per week.
Centrally located in the heart of Brisbane, 100 metres from Central Station
Span of Hours: 6am to 10pm Monday to Sunday (Penalty rates paid for after hours and weekend work)
Role Duties:
Handle inbound enquiries via phone and webchat to assess customer needs, requirements, entitlements, and obligations, utilising client provided resources and internal guidelines
Assisting customers to access, navigate and understand digital services.
Handle and escalate service disruptions
Conduct follow-up calls with customers to provide assistance as needed.
Taking a proactive approach to solving customer enquiries at first point of contact
