The Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy will play a critical role in shaping the long-term strategic direction of the organization. This position requires a strategic thinker capable of navigating complex challenges, conducting detailed market analysis, and collaborating across departments to drive organizational goals and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Lead the development and execution of corporate strategies aligned with the organization’s mission and objectives.
- Facilitate strategic planning sessions with the executive team and other stakeholders.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Generate insights and recommendations based on data to inform strategic decisions.
Project Management:
- Oversee cross-functional strategic initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor progress and performance of strategic initiatives, providing regular updates to leadership.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with senior leaders and teams across the organization to align strategies and drive implementation.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for strategic initiatives, fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Performance Tracking:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of strategic initiatives.
- Analyze performance data and adapt strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Reporting:
- Prepare presentations and reports for the executive team and board of directors, highlighting strategic insights and recommendations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or a similar strategic role.
- Proven experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ideal candiate will have worked in venture capital.
- We are currently hiring in Atlanta or Austin, TX
- While we are a remote first workplace, we want Crunchers in one of our Hub locations to better facilitate periodic in-person meetings, get-togethers and training.
