Position: Medical Outreach Agent
Equipment: Shipped
Pay: $16.00/hr
Drug Screen Location: Houston
Training: (17 days) 8:00am – 4:30pm CST
Hours after training: 8:00am – 4:30pm CST (30 min lunch)
Job Duties:
- Call center environment managing inbound/outbound calls to/from insurance providers.
- Utilize multiple screens.
- Multi-task between data-entry and talking with customer.
- Follow HIPPA guidelines.
***NO TIME OFF FOR FIRST 90 DAYS***
Requirements:
- Proven experience in high volume call center environment.
- Ability to work in a quiet location with no distractions.
- Adhere to all required KPI's.
- Great written and verbal communication.
- Must be able to be on camera during training and when supervisor requires.
- Great work attitude and willingness to help others.
