As our Purchaser, you'll be an integral member of our Purchasing Department, playing a vital role that will evolve as our department grows. From handling in-store sales to managing inventory and supporting our techs, your day-to-day will be as varied as it is rewarding. You'll help keep our operations smooth and our customers happy. In addition, as a new office location, you will support in some administrative duties.

- Purchase orders: issuing and reconciling.
- Work closely with vendors to ensure receipt and delivery dates.
- Coordinate delivery of materials.
- Develop an active process for tracking lead times and delivery of materials.
- Forecast material delivery through the end of the month.
- Process returns for material.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships.
- Negotiate pricing with vendors to achieve the best pricing possible.
- Resolve supplier issues.
- Assist with the continuous improvement efforts within the purchasing team and cross functional teams.
- Work closely with internal departments to resolve any invoice discrepancies.
