Pay Rate: $40.00/hr.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Ability to work Overtime as needed)
Role Type: Temporary- 3 to 6 months
What’s a typical day as a Bilingual Manufacturing HR Generalist? You’ll be:
- Managing various HR needs including processing Payroll
- Meeting with leadership to provide overall plant support.
- Assisting with employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives.
- Focusing on employee engagement to drive it up.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have at least 7 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- Possess strong knowledge and expertise in HR functions.
- Are skilled in employee relations, performance management, and training.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have experience with Workday, Kronos, and HR in a manufacturing environment.
- Have knowledge of payroll through Kronos system.
- Are bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Must have worked in Human Resource role within a Manufacturing Environment.
