Responsibilities:
· Teach Middle-Class Families about Financial Literacy
· Conduct Financial Needs Analysis with members
· Educate Members on Benefits, Products, Options
· Assist Clients in Completing Applications and Benefit Programs
· Mentor, Teach upcoming Team Members Procedures
· Monitor and Track Results on Performance and Make Changes to Increase Productivity
