About the Role
As a Preschool teacher at Stratford School, you're responsible for creating a safe and nurturing learning environment for children between the ages of 3 and 5. You will provide a warm, caring, joyful environment that encourages preschoolers’ natural curiosity, and instills confidence in their innate abilities.

- Plan, supervise and implement curriculum
- Collaborate with other faculty and staff members
- Communicate daily with parents or guardians
- Maintain a well-organized and engaging classroom environment
What We Are Looking For
- Must have completed 12 semesters or 18 quarter early childhood education units that should include courses that cover the general areas of early child development, child, family, and community, and program/curriculum or a bachelor’s degree in child development
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior teaching experience with young students is preferred
*The $2,500 sign-on bonus is eligible for the new hire for this preschool teacher position at the 14th Ave campus upon the completion of 90 days in the position.
