Sodexo is seeking a Part-time Clinical Nutrition Manager for a 20-hour/week position. The CNM will oversee our team of clinicians at Miami Jewish Health, located in Miami, FL. With an 80-year history, Miami Jewish Health has been built with a focus on tomorrow, providing access to the latest research trials, offering a comprehensive line of health services, new facilities and programs, and employing an innovative care model centered on empathy. We extend our clinical services and supportive environment to address seniors’ comprehensive wellness, across a full continuum of care.
The successful candidate will:
- oversee a team of Registered Dietitians;
- provide nutritional care to residents;
- meet DOH/state/federal and company standards;
- be an active member of the interdisciplinary care conferences;
- represent the Food & Nutrition Department as a liaison with the medical and nursing staff; and/or
- support the food service operation as needed.
Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:
- Registered Dietitian credentials and are licensed in FL;
- at least 1 year of management experience in Senior Living- preferred;
- dialysis/renal experience- strongly preferred;
- strong verbal and written communication skills;
- strong leadership skills;
- the ability to work well with physicians, nursing and ancillary staff; and/or
- excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working with seniors to make every day a better day for our residents.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic Education Requirement:
Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:
Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
Credentials Requirement:
Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire
Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in health care including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted or independent living facilities, long-term care, retirement homes, or clinics + registered dietitian
