Unit Highlights
Our emergency department provides 24-hour-a-day care for patients with all types of acute illness or injury. Our 47-bed level I trauma emergency department is a great place to become an expert acute care nurse. Here you will be exposed to a variety of specialized procedural nursing skills. The ED Clinical Nurse is organized with keen assessment skills. Our nurses are capable of working safely and efficiently in a high stress, multifaceted environment.
We strive to provide safe, quality care by maintaining a patient-centered approach. As well as our patients, we benefit from a multi-disciplinary, collaborative team approach, including Residents/Fellows, Advanced Practice Providers, Respiratory Therapy and Case Management.

Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Nurse you will deliver proficient nursing care to patients and families whose needs range from uncomplicated to highly complex. You will identify current and potential complex problems of specific patient populations and critically analyzes trends and changes in patient status and plans appropriate interventions directly or indirectly through other nurses.

Qualifications
·ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
·Prior Clinical Nursing experience preferred.
·Active DC RN License and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required.
This position has a hiring range of $39.00 - $63.406
