Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Physical Therapist
Shift: Days, 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40hrs per week, Mon-Fri
Length: 13 Weeks
1 weekend a month
Requirements:
- OK is part of the PT compact privilege states
- 1 Year inpatient rehab or acute experience - Physical Therapy Experience Required
- BLS
- Degree in Physical Therapy required
- Crisis Prevention training (TEAM) required within 6 months of hire (PRN-N/A)
- Primary Source On-Line Verification required
- Doctor of Philosophy (Ph. D.) Minimum Degree Required
- First Aid certification preferred
Must live 50 miles away
