Our Staffing Managers are full desk recruiters that sell our temporary staffing services to clients. In addition, they are responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and submitting to clients. Each day you will prospect and sell to new and existing clients to fully understand their hiring needs, resulting in full-service talent delivery.
This is a remote role, open to candidates living in the Central or Eastern Time Zones.

What you need to bring:
- 1+ years of staffing or recruiting experience in the Legal Industry (i.e. staffed or recruited for lawyers, court reporter, law firms, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
- Demonstrated track record of effective candidate generation strategies
- Passion for results, resilience, self-confidence, and the desire to do an exceptional job
- Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
