Who we are looking for
You are a curious, energetic inside sales person looking for a career move where you can put down roots and love coming to work. You are expert at handling qualified sales leads; self-motivated and thrive with general guidance and with minimal supervision, to research and analyze your assigned market territory. You are able to implement strategies and sales campaigns which cultivate sales leads and prospects.
What you get to do
Responsibilities include lead generation, lead management, outbound telemarketing, establishing appointments for outside sales representatives and achieving targeted revenue goals.
- Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and broker relationships
- Ensure prospects and new customers are delighted with our service
- Based on developed marketing plan; attract, record and run leads passed from various internal and external sources
- Participate in sales campaigns, via telemarketing, to meet assigned sales and pricing goals
- Implement a plan to establish highly qualified sales call appointments for outside sales representatives at targeted accounts
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity goals
What you bring to the Team
- Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
- 2-3+ years excellent Inside Sales & superior Customer Service experience
- Experience with CRM software (HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus)
- Experience with Prospecting and web research
- The ability to work collaboratively on a team as well as independently and take ownership of duties
- The ability to multitask while staying focused and having a heightened sense to detail
- The ability to spot trends, opportunities and risks in a high-volume environment
