The Director of Performance and Risk Management at TFI Family Services plays a crucial role in overseeing and implementing quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with state contracts, and supporting continuous agency enhancement to benefit children and families. This leadership position demands active engagement in audit processes, supervisory duties, and collaborations across departments and affiliates in Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, and Nebraska.
Qualifications:
Master's degree required with experience in quality improvement programs preferred. Valid driver’s license and meet agency underwriting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the agency’s quality improvement functions across programs.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with state contracts and CPA contracts.
- Supervise roles such as Quality Improvement Specialists, Licensing Specialist, and Records Specialist.
- Coordinate and participate in accreditation processes for the TFI Family of Companies.
- Conduct quarterly and annual program reviews and audits.
- Compile and prepare quality reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and monitor Corrective Action Plans with agency and subcontractor teams.
- Manage internal investigations, specialized audits, and HIPAA compliance.
- Collaborate with program directors and supervisors on audit concerns and trends.
- Participate in policy development and strategic quality improvement initiatives.
