LOCATION: Elmwood Park – Remote but must reside in New Jersey to pick up equipment
Pay: $16
Hours of Operations: Monday – Friday and 9am – 5pm
Title: Remote Accounts Payable Associate (Must reside in NJ)
Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable candidate that is a team player and will assist in all aspects of accounts payable. Processing, reviewing, paying and reconciling vendor accounts. Must have good communication skills as this role will be interacting with vendors on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
Processing , reviewing, paying and reconciling vendor accounts
Verify invoice and shipping information
Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues
Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency
Self Motivated with the ability to overcome objection
Assist in daily and monthly AP Reports
Requirements:
Previous Accounting and AP experience is a PLUS
Excellent Communication and multi tasking experience
Excellent verbal and written communication
Associates Degree or Advanced Accounting Certification Required
