Brightwild is seeking a Guest Experience Field Tech to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of enhancing the guest experience by providing hands-on technical support and ensuring the seamless operation of our properties. Your expertise will help us maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on guest accommodations to ensure all equipment and facilities are functional and meet quality standards.
- Address technical issues reported by guests or staff promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to the guest experience.
- Assist in setting up technology solutions for guest services including remote check-in systems, Wi-Fi, and in-room entertainment systems.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify opportunities for improvement in guest experiences and suggest innovative technical solutions.
- Provide training and support for staff on technical systems and equipment used to enhance guest services.
- Document all maintenance activities and guest interactions for reporting and quality assurance purposes.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Experience in technical support, IT, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both guests and team members.
- Proficiency with various technology platforms and tools relevant to guest services.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between properties.
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
