As Follow Up Boss’s creative visual designer, you will be the driving force behind our brand’s visual identity. Your role is to create compelling and cohesive visual stories that resonate with real estate teams and high-performing agents, amplifying our brand’s presence. You will create impactful videos, animations, and designs that drive lead generation, boost customer retention, and elevate our brand presence across digital and physical platforms.
You will balance video production with a broad range of creative design work, ensuring that every visual touchpoint—from our website to marketing materials—reflects our core brand values and drives business growth.
About the role
Creative Design & Brand Identity:
Develop visually compelling designs for websites, landing pages, presentations, social media, banners, ads, and event materials.
Ensure consistency and alignment with our brand’s identity across all visuals, reinforcing brand recognition and driving growth.
Video & Animation Production:
Create engaging videos (e.g., product demos, training content, success stories, and ads) that connect emotionally with our audience.
Develop animations that enhance our storytelling and highlight product features, making complex concepts more accessible and engaging.
Social Media:
Design engaging visuals for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, tailoring content for optimal performance.
Collaborate on ad creatives that boost click-through rates and contribute to lead generation.
Develop content themes aligned with campaigns, launches, and events to ensure a cohesive social media presence.
Stay current with social media trends and platform-specific design innovations to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Customer Educational Content:
Transform traditional training into interactive, visually rich learning experiences.
Work with product and customer success teams to create high-quality videos that are both informative and captivating, ensuring users retain critical information while enjoying the experience.
Collaboration & Strategy:
Partner with marketing, product, and events teams to align visual strategies with business goals.
Collaborate on product visuals and event promotions that drive engagement and lead generation.
Innovation & Adaptation:
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques in both video production and design, continuously improving content quality.
Innovate new ways to leverage video and design to maximize customer engagement and increase conversions.
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $105,900.00 - $169,100.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
