Position: Medical Call Center Rep
Pay: $16/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits
Schedule: 8am-9pm EST. M-F. (will be scheduled an 8hr Shift between these hours)
Equipment Provided and shipped!
Start Date: MID-Nov 2024
***Must live in the US states of Arizona, Georgia, Florida, Texas, Utah, or Kentucky to be considered.***
Job Details:
- Answer inbound calls and may perform some outbound calls.
- Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient
- Provide good customer service and empathy.
- Using computer skills for heavy data entry per call/interaction.
- Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
- Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
Qualifications:Must have 1 or more years of recent call center experience. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- Adhere to all required KPI's.
- Responding to all communication request from leadership.
- Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
- You must have the ability to multi-task and use dual monitors.
- Must have basic computer skills.
- Must possess a positive attitude at all times and willingness to help others.
- HS Diploma/Equivalent
