Client Support Representative to work at a premier food manufacturing company in
Duluth, GA.
$20 to $22 per hour based on experience
8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday

What’s a typical day as a Client Support Representative? You’ll be:
• Managing the new customer set up/onboarding process and handling orders from start to finish.
• Responsible for taking care of customer needs including answering questions on status, products, orders, billing and problem resolution
• Receiving, reviewing, and processing all orders in the ERP System.
• Processing expedited parcel shipments.
• Determining "ship from/ship to" location and the best way to ship the product.
• Calculating freight costs or obtaining freight quotes and including them in orders at the time of processing.
• Coordinating paperwork and sending it to 3rd party warehouses and freight companies.
• Verifying accurate pricing on customer Purchase Orders and requesting revisions.
• Investigating short payments from accounting and requesting credit/debit for damages or inventory discrepancies.
• Processing drop ships prior to daily cutoff and entering tracking information daily.
• Investigating and processing credits and short payments.
• Processing claims for carriers and warehouse as needed.
• Serve as liaison for Sales team regarding orders, issues and handling customer requests regarding products and sales.
• Answering and managing phone calls.
• Offering substitutions for products that are not available.
• Working closely with Production and Logistics to ensure order fulfillment from the time the Purchase Order is placed until the product arrives.
• Working closely with accounting to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Investigating open orders and ensuring orders are invoiced.
• Ensuring the accuracy of data entered in the ERP System.

• Have intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
