What We Need:
As our organization continues to grow and expand, we are looking for the next Ideal Team Player to join our teamβ¦seeking an experienced and highly motivated Human Resources Business Partner with the desire to support our unit leaders with HR expertise, including performance coaching and accountability. The HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role on our team as we work to modernize the HR function, ensuring the delivery of excellent service to our departmental partners and our employees. We are seeking a humble, hungry and smart HR professional, Bachelor's degree preferred, with at least five years of human resource experience in a healthcare setting.
What You Bring:
β’ Bachelor's Degree preferred; or Associates Degree with relevant experience and certification.
β’ Minimum of 5 years of progressive healthcare HR experience.
β’ Strong understanding of employment laws and employee relations processes.
β’ High level of proficiency using systems.
β’ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship/team-building skills, with the ability to effectively engage and inspire others and a willingness to receive and provide feedback.
β’ Demonstrated success working independently, developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships, and managing multiple tasks that meet or exceed deadlines.
β’ Driven to achieve, continuously looking for improvements.
β’ Ethical integrity/character, ability to move quickly/make timely decisions and changes when necessary.
β’ Commitment to promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the HR department and across the organization.
