Job Summary
- Responsible for working with physicians and their office staff in coordinating eConsult sessions. Responsible for establishing and documenting proper procedures and policies regarding eConsult consultations and training personnel involved.
- Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development and possesses the ability to respond to specific issues and data reflective of the patient/customer's status. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for the population served in the department.
Education and/or Experience
- Associate or Baccalaureate in nursing. Baccalaureate in nursing preferred.
- Prior experience related to eConsultis is desirable. Prior work with videoconferencing equipment is desirable.
Licensure/Certification/Registration
- Current South Dakota Nursing License (RN) and valid South Dakota driver’s license is required.
Work Schedule
- Monday - Thursday, Every other Friday; 72 hours every 2 weeks
