What You'll Do: - Verifying vehicles and repairs to be performed.
- Examines and inspects vehicle integrity, including panels, wheels, previous repair work, paint color and texture, etc
- Records noted imperfections and/or damage and reviews with supervisor, developing an action plan for vehicle repair
- Repairing and/or replacing damaged panels or other body components as directed.
- Setting an example for safety and health procedures.
- Works with supervisor and technicians to understand required parts, supplies, and materials.
- Communicates with procurement to acquire necessary parts, supplies, and materials if not in stock.
- Tracks, receives, inventories and distributes parts/supplies in a timely manner.
- Maintains shop supply inventory at acceptable levels.
- Investigates and addresses technical and/or process issues.
- Alerts estimators and/or management about difficult issues, patterns and trends.
- Performing other duties as assigned by management.
Who You Are: You're a master craftsperson. You're not bothered by a busy, noisy body shop; in fact, that's where you thrive. Requirements include:
Minimum: - 5+ years of experience of collision repair. Journeyman Auto Body Technician
- Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.
- Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
Preferred: - A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Respirator fit test certificate.
- 1+ years of customer service experience is preferred.

USD 23.03 - 34.57 per hour
Compensation:Hourly base pay rate is $23.03 - $34.57/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Benefits:Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
