Guaranteed Hours: 8 and 10 hr. shifts - 40 hrs. in one workweek. 3, 12 hr shifts - 36 hrs. in one workweek. 4, 12 hr. shifts - 48 hrs. in one workweek.

Cardiac Stent Placement, Hemodynamic monitoring, Left heart catheterization, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA), Right heart catheterization, Temporary Pacemaker, Pacemaker Insertion, Chest Tube Placement, Embolization, ERCP, Gastrostomy Tube Placement, Inferior Vena Cava (IVC) filter placement, Liver Biopsy, Mesenteric Angiogram, Paracentesis, Radio embolization, Stent placement, Thoracentesis, Catheter/drain exchange, Cystoscopy, Embolization, Gastrostomy, Internal/external biliary drainage, Nephrostomy, Percutaneous Stone Extraction, Percutaneous transhepatic cholangiogram, Renal Artery Stent Placement, Ureteral Stent Placement, Stent placement, Thrombolysis/Thrombectomy, Carotid Stenting, Upper and Lower Extremity Angiography, Central Venous Access (non-Tunneled/PICC lines), Central, Venous Access (Tunneled Port), PICC Lines- Care and Maintenance, Recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias, Scrub- maintain sterile field,

Unit Information: We have 3 labs. 1 for Heart cath; 1 for IR; 1 for EP. We prefer candidates to have knowledge of Cath and IR. EP knowledge helpful, but not required. We have STEMI / IR call: 4 teams of 4 people, 2 RNs and 2 Rad techs on each team. Call requirements is a 30 minute response team and 1 out of every 4 weekends and 1 night per week. We fully staff to run 3 rooms every day.
